co-ops operate is called Part 1700 of the NYCRR (New York
Codes, Rules and Regulations). The section governing privatization is called Part 1750 “Voluntary Dissolution”

The New York City Housing Development Corporation created the Mitchell-Lama Reinvestment Program, which has two financing options to provide long-term affordability: 1) the Repair Loan Program and 2) Mortgage Restructuring Program.
